UI/UX Design

User experiences people actually enjoy.

We design interfaces that are easy to use, visually consistent and built around how your users actually behave.

What's Included

5 ways we design your experience

Every project starts with understanding your users — here's the range of design work we offer.

01

Wireframing & Prototyping

Early-stage sketches and clickable prototypes that map out structure and flow before visual design begins.

02

Mobile App UI Design

Clean, intuitive interfaces designed specifically for iOS and Android app experiences.

03

Web App / Dashboard UI Design

Data-heavy interfaces designed for clarity — dashboards, admin panels and internal tools.

04

User Journey & Flow Mapping

Mapping every step a user takes, from first visit to conversion, to remove friction.

05

Usability Testing & Redesign

Testing existing interfaces with real users and redesigning the parts that aren't working.

How We Work

Six steps from first idea to final interface

Every project runs through the same six stages. Each one produces something you can actually look at and sign off — not a status update.

01 Discover

Understand the business

We start with your goals, your customers and the competitors you are actually losing to. Before any design happens we need to know what a win looks like and who we are designing for.

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Audience definition
  • Success metrics
  • Requirements

02 Research

Research and user insights

We analyse how users actually behave, what your competitors do well and where the category conventions sit. The point is to find the gap you can own — and the patterns you should not fight.

  • Competitor teardown
  • Behaviour analysis
  • Industry patterns
  • Opportunity gaps

03 Wireframe

Plan the experience

Structure, navigation and the user journey get defined in grey boxes first. No colour, no imagery — so every conversation is about whether the thing works, not whether you like the blue.

  • Page structure
  • Navigation model
  • User journey
  • Content hierarchy
Output — low-fidelity wireframes, every screen
04 Design

Create the visual interface

The same layout, now with a real design system behind it — typography scale, colour, spacing and components. You get the finished interface, plus the rules that keep it consistent as you add pages.

  • Design system
  • Typography & colour
  • Component library
  • Hi-fi screens

05 Prototype

Make it interactive

A clickable, high-fidelity prototype with real transitions and states. You can tap through the whole flow on your own phone before a single line of code gets written.

  • Clickable flows
  • Real transitions
  • Empty & error states
  • Shareable link

06 Test & Refine

Improve before launch

We put the prototype in front of real users, watch where they hesitate, and fix it before anything reaches development. Changing a screen costs an afternoon; changing shipped software costs a sprint.

  • Usability testing
  • Findings report
  • Final refinements
  • Developer handoff

What We Work In

The tools behind the work

Design lives in Figma so you can comment directly on the screens. You keep the file — the source is yours, not held on our account.

FAQ

Questions we get on the first design call

Often not. If your designer is producing screens that test well, you need capacity, not us. Where we help is when nobody has mapped the journey and screens are being drawn one at a time.

A Figma file you own, a clickable prototype, and a component library with the spacing and type rules written down so the next person keeps it consistent.

Two rounds at the design stage. In practice teams that sign off the wireframes properly rarely use the second, which is exactly why we insist on the greyscale stage.

Yes, and it goes better when we do. We hand off with measurements, states and edge cases documented, and stay available during the build for the questions that always come up.

Five to eight participants on the prototype, recorded, with a short findings report. Five people reliably surface most of the serious problems, and more than eight rarely changes the conclusion.

No. A single high-traffic screen — a checkout, a booking step, a sign-up — is often the highest-return piece of work we do.
